Mohamed is an Associate with Abdulla Alawadi & Associates, practiced law in both Egypt and the UAE, and he possess in-depth knowledge with regard to UAE laws. He has accumulated a wealth of experience in consulting labor, civil and commercial litigation matters in the UAE, and has complete understanding of the local and federal Laws and Dubai court system.
Mohamed, uses his experience in supporting and assisting the firm’s Senior Associates and contributes to the development of the litigation action plan.
Being a bilingual litigator, Mohamed has extensive experience providing legal advice to clients in civil and commercial litigations.
He has conducted in-depth legal research, on matters involving civil laws, commercial laws, labor laws, and other areas. He is member of the Egyptian Bar Since 2014.
Proficient in both Arabic and English, Mohamed obtained his Bachelor of Law (English Department) from Alexandria University in Egypt; and has obtained a Public Law Diploma, from the same University.
